We need your cooperation in order to keep your pool clean and clear.

1. Please keep the proper water level in your pool, if you don’t know what that is we will be happy to show you.

2. Make sure your water is circulating for the recommended length of time. The total volume of water in your pool should pass through the filtration system twice a day, and more often than that in summer. Again, if you need help figuring the proper filter running time we will be happy to calculate it for you. 

3. Repair equipment problems in a timely manner. A pump that isn’t working, or a water leak can cause many problems with your pool’s water quality that we cannot control. 

A note about pets -

While we enjoy seeing your pets and do our best to maintain their safety while servicing your pool we cannot be responsible for unsecured pets that escape during our service calls. Also, we will not service your pool if it is “guarded” by a dog that is left unrestrained in the yard. We ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding household pets.
